NACLA Laboratory Accreditation

CMEC Receives NACLA Recognition

National Cooperation for Laboratory Accreditation (NACLA) awarded its Construction Materials Testing (CMET) AASHTO R18 recognition to CMEC, Inc.

CMEC is the first Accreditation body to receive this AASHTO R18 recognition from NACLA. CMEC is now recognized to accredit Construction Materials Testing labs to AASHTO R18 and ISO/IEC 17025.

NACLA’s CMET recognition satisfies the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regulation, “Quality Assurance Procedures for Construction” 23 CFR 637 paragraphs 637.209 (a) (2), (3), and (4). This recognition shows CMEC’s commitment to providing quality lab accreditation services to construction materials testing laboratories.
